Bad new bottle

"Quality of product is great but what did you do with new package ? I can’t get my serum out of it . I thought it was end but I find out that it is too early for end and pump doesn’t work , so I needed to try get my serum out and sure when I started open bottle , 1/5 of bottle just jump on my carpet and on my clothes - need to clean everything . Return old bottle or create new one !!!! This one is cheap and bullshit !!!!!"

Can’t get product out

"I have been a loyal customer for years. With the new package and airless pump I cannot dispense the product. I have to tip the bottle over and tap in in my hand EVERY SINGLE TIME in order to get product out. Such a freaking pain and I will be looking for a different product because this is such an issue. And for multiple people. Also customer service is rude and not helpful at all."

Disappointing and misleading packaging

"I’ve used C-ESTA for years, but this new packaging has made me lose trust in the company. After only a month, the pump is barely working even though there is still product inside. When I opened the bottle, I discovered that the large outer bottle hides a much smaller container inside. To me, this feels like a tactic to make customers think they’re getting more product than they actually are. For a premium brand, this practice seriously hurts its credibility."

Poor packaging

"Great vitamin C but new packaging is defective and only works for a short amount of time. Until the packaging is fixed, I will not be repurchasing."

Why did you change the pump???

"I love this product and have been using it daily for over 10 years. The new bottle is pretty but the pump doesn’t work. I bought 2 bottles during the latest sale but I am so disappointed with the pump function. I started one of the bottles about 2 weeks ago and after 1. 5 weeks the pump clogged. There is still liquid in the bottle but it won’t come out. I even took the pump apart to see if I could unclog it but to no avail. I opened the 2nd bottle and that pump doesn’t work at all. I will be sending both bottles back. I am very sad to say that I will have to seek another manufacturer for my C serum. Please let me know if you fix the issue."

Crappy

"It came in either broken or not working. Sometimes you have to pump it which is fine but it barely comes out. For something that cost so much shouldn’t be doing that. The old containers were much more durable. This is my second time ordering where the new containers are defective and I’m tired of it . I tried calling and got no where with customer service to the point where I’ve given up"

Trouble with new bottles

"I am a long time user of C-esta and I love the product, but I have been very unhappy with the new green bottles. I bought the system from my local store, and could not get it to pump. I tried everything. They eventually replaced my bottle with the one I’ve been using now for 1-2 months. As of this week the product is coming out golden brown, very thick and grainy. It feels like fine sand when I put it on. Very inconsistent product with what I’m used to. I cannot spend this much money on a product that I can’t trust. I hope the company does something to fix this."

I keep coming back

"I’m not sure why, but something about this serum makes me come back time after time. It’s a little runny. It smells divine. I genuinely love using it so I think the consistency plus the formula makes us a magic combination for me."
