Authorized Reseller Quality Control Policy

ADDENDUM TO Marini SkinSolutions POLICIES ON INTERNET SALES
Marini SkinSolutions AUTHORIZED RESELLER QUALITY CONTROL POLICY

I. PURPOSE
This Authorized Reseller Quality Control Policy shall apply to each reseller that is authorized by Marini SkinSolutions to order, carry, store and/or sell Marini SkinSolutions products, either domestically or internationally. The purpose of the Policy is to ensure the continued quality, efficacy, freshness, and authenticity of Marini SkinSolutions products across all channels. It shall be distributed to all authorized resellers and Marini SkinSolutions will take measures to ensure that authorized resellers continue to adhere to the Policy.

II. POLICY
It shall be the formal Policy of Marini SkinSolutions that all authorized resellers:

  1. Shall sell Marini SkinSolutions products only in their original packaging, unopened, with the sole exception of Professional products which may be applied to multiple clients by medical professionals or licensed estheticians;
  2. Shall store all Marini SkinSolutions products in a clean and dry environment;
  3. Shall store and use Marini SkinSolutions products at generally accepted room temperature (15°-25°C, 60°-77°F.) in an environment that does not otherwise subject the products to wide variations in ambient temperature;
  4. Shall not sell expired or discontinued Marini SkinSolutions products, but shall return all such product to Marini SkinSolutions or one of its authorized representatives;
  5. Shall ensure that the batch numbers and expiration dates on all Marini SkinSolutions products remain legible at all times and are not covered;
  6. Shall report all adverse events (including product reactions) to Marini SkinSolutions or an authorized representative of Marini SkinSolutions;
  7. Shall immediately report any serious adverse event (defined as an event involving medical intervention) to Marini SkinSolutions or an authorized representative of Marini SkinSolutions;
  8. Shall report to Marini SkinSolutions or an authorized representative any attempt by any person to collect expired, discontinued, excess, or unused Marini SkinSolutions product from the authorized reseller;
  9. Shall report to Marini SkinSolutions or an authorized representative any purported Marini SkinSolutions products noticed at another location or on another website that is believed to be from an unauthorized source, diverted, expired, discontinued, or counterfeit; and
  10. Shall be aware of and inform their customers of Marini SkinSolutions’ Limited Product Warranty and Return Policy and Customer Satisfaction and Return Policy, which can be found on our website (https://www.mariniskinsolutions.com/), and shall follow those Policies with all customers. Marini SkinSolutions will not guarantee the quality of Marini SkinSolutions products sold by unauthorized resellers, or by resellers who fail to adhere to this Policy.
