MARINI SKINSOLUTIONS SKIN CARE RETURN POLICY

 

Marini SkinSolutions is committed to skincare excellence. If you are unsatisfied with a Marini SkinSolutions product purchased through an authorized provider, you may return the product through your original point of purchase within 30 days of purchase. Example, if you purchased products through an authorized Marini SkinSolutions professional provider, please process any returns through our professional provider.  

Returns are subject to our Warranty on Products, for reasons explained in the section above entitled “Unauthorized Resellers,” Marini SkinSolutions will not support returns of items purchased from unauthorized resellers or unauthorized channels.

To initiate a return, please contact mariniskinsolutions.com Customer Service at (408) 620-3600 Ext. 2005, we are available Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM PST.

Once a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is issued*, please mail the following items to Marini SkinSolutions.

  • Copy of original invoice
  • RMA Number
  • Unused portion of product
  • All original packaging

Once the returned product is received, Marini SkinSolutions will process your return within 14 business days and apply a refund to the credit card used to purchase the item. To ensure receipt of the product we recommend tracking shipment. Marini SkinSolutions is not responsible for return shipping charges or lost items.

*RMA is valid for 30 days from the date issued.

Damaged Products:
If you receive product damaged in shipment, please contact mariniskinsolutions.com Customer Support within 3 days of receipt to resolve your issue. Please keep all damaged items and packaging. If you experience a product failure, please contact mariniskinsolutions.com Customer Service immediately. We are available Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM PST and can be contacted by calling (408) 620-3600 Ext: 2005 or use the Contact Us page.

Authenticity:
Make sure you are receiving authentic Marini SkinSolutions products! BEWARE: There are many unauthorized resellers selling potentially counterfeit, damaged, expired, and or unsafe products! Marini SkinSolutions will not stand behind any product purchased through an unauthorized reseller. Find an authorized Marini SkinSolutions reseller near you.
