Disappointing and misleading packaging

"I’ve used C-ESTA for years, but this new packaging has made me lose trust in the company. After only a month, the pump is barely working even though there is still product inside. When I opened the bottle, I discovered that the large outer bottle hides a much smaller container inside. To me, this feels like a tactic to make customers think they’re getting more product than they actually are. For a premium brand, this practice seriously hurts its credibility."

Why did you change the pump???

"I love this product and have been using it daily for over 10 years. The new bottle is pretty but the pump doesn’t work. I bought 2 bottles during the latest sale but I am so disappointed with the pump function. I started one of the bottles about 2 weeks ago and after 1. 5 weeks the pump clogged. There is still liquid in the bottle but it won’t come out. I even took the pump apart to see if I could unclog it but to no avail. I opened the 2nd bottle and that pump doesn’t work at all. I will be sending both bottles back. I am very sad to say that I will have to seek another manufacturer for my C serum. Please let me know if you fix the issue."

Trouble with new bottles

"I am a long time user of C-esta and I love the product, but I have been very unhappy with the new green bottles. I bought the system from my local store, and could not get it to pump. I tried everything. They eventually replaced my bottle with the one I’ve been using now for 1-2 months. As of this week the product is coming out golden brown, very thick and grainy. It feels like fine sand when I put it on. Very inconsistent product with what I’m used to. I cannot spend this much money on a product that I can’t trust. I hope the company does something to fix this."

"I just received the product in the new green packaging and the pump system doesnt work. Returned it once and was advised that the pump mechanism is problematic but the management wouldnt trade for a new bottle even though I had only had it 5 days. . I love the product but cant get it out of the container,."

Great product, terrible packaging

"I really love this product and it’s honestly been one of the things helping keep my skin glowing postpartum. My only issue is that for something that costs over $100, I was pretty surprised the pump stopped working after about two weeks, especially since there’s still a lot of product left. It’s just disappointing because I genuinely love the serum and want to keep using it, but at this price point I would expect the packaging to hold up for the life of the product."

"The vitamin C serum is no longer yellow but a brownish color which means it oxidized and the vitamin c serum is no longer as effective. The bottle it comes in is defective so it oxidized and for the price of the bottle it is not worth if you can only use a small amount of product until it turns brown."
