Loyalty tier status is based on purchases from the past 365 days. Points expire after 12 months of inactivity.

Terms & Conditions

Points earned through the loyalty program will expire after 12 consecutive months of account inactivity. Account inactivity is defined as no qualifying points earned during that period.

Loyalty tier status updates every morning based on qualifying purchase activity completed in the previous 365 days.

To qualify for a birthday gift reward, members must have a valid birth date added to their account with a qualifying loyalty level (Gold, Silver, or Bronze) on their birthday (based on the proceeding 365 days of activity). If your birthday falls within 30 days of joining the loyalty program, issuance of your birthday reward may be delayed by up to 30 days. 

Eligible birthday gift reward promotional codes will be sent to the email address associated with your loyalty account on your birthday. Birthday reward promotional codes expire 30 days after issuance and are non-transferable, non-refundable, may not be combined with other offers, and while supplies last.

Points and rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be sold, exchanged, or combined between accounts.

Only one loyalty account is permitted per individual and/or email address. Duplicate accounts may be merged, suspended, or terminated at our discretion.

Reward codes may not be combined with other promotional offers or discount codes unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program, reward structure, point values, eligible purchases, VIP tiers, or member benefits at any time without prior notice.

Any suspected abuse, fraud, misuse, resale activity, or manipulation of the loyalty program may result in account suspension, forfeiture of points/rewards, or removal from the program.

Members are responsible for maintaining a valid email address to receive loyalty communications, rewards, and promotional codes.

Loyalty rewards and VIP benefits are subject to availability and may be substituted, modified, or discontinued at any time.
